Bill brings more than thirty-years of communications experience to WAV Strategies. As lead coordinator for New York State’s officer field training program for the New York State Police, Bill taught recruits on the fundamentals of hands-on policing in the community with a focus on effective communication.

Creative Director / UHD Lead
Robert specializes in experience design creating memorable connections between brands and consumers in the physical and digital worlds. Robert enriches those experiences with the strategic application of research, design and technology for marketing and application development.
Jason Keller
Strategic Advisor
Jason Keller oversees special communications and media projects for WAV Strategies and is the former Director of Media Relations at the firm. Jason is currently the afternoon drive personality and Commercial Production Director for 102.7 WEQX in Manchester, Vermont. EQX is one of the largest, independently-owned, alternative music stations in the United States, and is considered to be one of the most influential with its more than 30-year on-air history. Jason is a graduate of the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.

Jeff’s strategic insights, experience, and skills provide clients with unrivaled perspective and counsel. Jeff is one of the nation’s leading gaming and lottery experts. As the former CEO of the New York State Lottery, Jeff instituted revolutionary operational, marketing, and advertising strategies that helped position the New York State Lottery as the nation’s leading state lottery with over $9 billion in sales. Jeff graduated from Hobart College and earned his law degree at Duke University Law School.
