Dubbed the firm’s Lingual Samurai, Michael is a communications expert with nearly thirty years of experience in providing public relations and government relations strategies and tactics to Fortune 500 companies, not-for-profits, government and elected officials.
Michael began his career in public service as a Post-Graduate Fellow in the New York State Senate. A superb writer and spokesperson, he honed his skills as the Director of Communications at Fidelis Care, Deputy Communications Director at the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance under Governor George E. Pataki, and as an Executive Team member and Spokesman at the New York State Environmental Facilities Corp.
Michael earned his MPA in Environmental Policy and Resource Management from the world-renowned Syracuse University Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs and his BA in Political Science and Environmental Policy, History and Philosophy from Hartwick College.
In his free-time Michael enjoys spending time with his wife Stacey and their dog General Jack, enjoying a great cigar and working with groups like LifePath and the Friends of Eleanor Sonsini Animal Shelter to give back to his community.
