Colonie, NY — WAV Strategies President, Andre Claridge, proudly received the New York Association for Pupil Transportation President’s Award for his dedication and service in helping the NYAPT provide for the safety of the children riding their school buses to and from school each day.
NYAPT recognized Andre’s commitment to the school transportation industry and years of tireless advocacy and common-sense approach to legislative and regulatory matters affecting school district and private school transportation operators.
“The NYAPT President’s Award is presented to Andre for his work in providing government relations and public relations services,” said Ted Nugent, NYAPT President. “Andre’s common-sense approach to legislative and communications matters affecting NYAPT and the school transportation industry allowed our Association to achieve legislative goals, better provide for the safety of the children riding our school buses, and to move our industry forward.”
