The bank will be holding a ‘wall-breaking event’ at the new location on Friday, September 12, 2025 at 10:00am, to signify the beginning of the renovation and repurposing process. Invited guests and VIPs will be on hand to discuss the plans for the building. Additionally, Trustco Bank will have representatives and information available for people who want to stop by and learn more about the positions Trustco Bank has open in the Greater Orlando Area.
“We are excited to begin renovating and repurposing of our new regional headquarters and look forward to continued growth as we bring the highest quality banking products and personalized service to our customers across Florida,” said Trustco Bank President, Chairman, and CEO Robert J. McCormick. “It is fitting that Trustco Bank’s next stage of our expansion is taking place here in Longwood because this is where we opened our first Florida bank branch in 2003.”
Known for its personalized services and residential mortgage lending, Trustco Bank’s popularity, especially in the Greater Orlando Area, is driving company success and the need for additional office space. The new regional headquarters, which is nearly 16,000 square feet, will be home to the bank’s branch administration, personnel, and customer service departments. Trustco Bank’s operations and other departments will continue to utilize its original Longwood office which is about 8,400 square feet.
In addition to the new building, Trustco Bank said it is also hiring for positions located at the new regional headquarters and in bank branches throughout the Greater Orlando area. Trustco Bank operates 51 branches and has nearly 300 employees across Florida with more than half of them located in the Greater Orlando Area.
“Trustco Bank’s expansion isn’t just about a newly repurposed building, we are also hiring for a number of positions in our branches and our regional headquarters in the Greater Orlando Area,” said McCormick. “If you are a friendly hardworking individual who enjoys working with people and has a passion for providing unparalleled customer service or are just looking for a career in the banking industry, come visit us at our wall-breaking and recruitment event in Longwood and learn more about what it is like to work at Florida’s Home Town Bank.”
Renovations to the new office building are expected to be completed by the end of the year or shortly after the New Year. The Trustco Bank team plans to begin moving into the building around February 2026.
